The Tribe has returned. A Tribe Called Quest have descended from their place in hip-hop royalty to add the smallest bit of glimmer to the otherwise disaster that has been 2016. What I attempted here was to simplify the official artwork and echo the sentiment expressed in the work while paying homage to the Tribe artwork of old.  The focus here is Phife in the traditional colours, the brim of the cap and interrupted ‘path’ walked by the remaining three members who showed up to say goodbye to their brother. Phife Dawg. Respect da trini man first.

Mounted prints are mounted to foam core. Foam core is 3/16” tick & acid free. All papers & ink are archival.
